The sisters ran to tell their mom, Misty Hutchinson, who didn't want to appear on camera, but told us what happened.

"My first reaction was, oh my god, the toy curses."

Misty says she immediately took the dolls from her daughters, ruining their holiday and hers.

"I was upset as a parent. when you see your kids upset on Christmas, of course it makes you upset."

"Sad. You were sad? That we couldn't have the bratz back."

"I listened to the karaoke bratz doll numerous times. It's supposed to say, "so cute", but if you listen very closely, it sound like it's saying something little girls shouldn't hear."

Bratz dolls are sold at various stores. Misty bought hers at the Century III Toys 'R Us.

The manager there, told me, he's had no complaints about the karaoke Bratz. Misty is so upset by the song and she contacted an attorney.

"I feel as though if market researchers, focus groups were conducted, somebody could have picked up on this. I didn't have to find this out for myself."

This family found out who's naughty or nice this Christmas and this seemingly innocent gift may be fighting words in a lawsuit. A spokesperson for the maker of Bratz dolls says the company has only received one complaint of this nature about the dolls.

The statement also says the lyrics in question do not contain profanity and have been used thousands of times on TV, radio and in their products.
